We offer fantastic workshop photography holidays as seen in CANON PHOTO PLUS International Magazine. We will show you how to get the best from your camera and it doesn't need to be a Canon.
Set on the picturesque island of Cyprus you will get to photograph in some of the most amazing locations all over the island from the golden beaches, traditional villas, historical buildings and the wonderful mountainous areas. We will take you to both sides of this stunning Island and allow you to capture two very different cultures on one island. The Greek Cypriot in the South and the Turkish Cypriots in the North during your stay.

We will take you at no extra cost to the stunning locations around the island. The Golden Beaches, Glorious Countryside, Ancient Ruins and Traditional Villas to mention a few. Some of this will be off road so we will ensure that you see all the different sides of this stunning location.There will also be an opportunity to shoot on a Private Boat if you so wish at a very small extra cost (around £25 -45 depending on what season you come in, a meal is also provided in this price)

More Information
Background
Our company originates from the UK where we were trading as Freelance Photographers for a number of years before relocating to Cyprus. With over 340 days of sunshine a year we believe that Cyprus is the ideal location for photographers to come to at any time and achieve those fantastic Mediterranean photos we all dream of having.
Locations
There is a vast amount of fantastic locations to use on this beautiful island some are near by and others are a little bit away however there is NO extra charge for transfers to these locations. As mentioned before we shoot all over the Island incorporating the two cultures of both Greek and Turkish Cypriots. We will ensure that no matter how long the day is including the travel you will get at least 4 hours behind the lens with tuition. There is also an opportunity to charter a private boat to shoot on. Depending on how many people sign up will depend on the costs but usually comes in at around £25 - £45 with a meal included.
Accommodation
All your accommodation during your stay is included in your package. Depending on the time of year that you come will depend on where we locate you however we do guarantee at least 3 star accommodation. We have a penthouse apartment that we also use for small groups however with larger groups we will use local hotels depending on where on the island we are.
Food & Drink
Food and drink is not included in this price however eating out is very reasonable. Depending on the time of year also some Hotels offer free upgrades to all inclusive or half board.
Shoots
As mentioned before you will be able to shoot everyday for up to 4 hours with Tuition. During the week we will cover all different varieties of shoots from landscapes to fashion so that you get to know the different styles and how to shoot each one and get the best results from your camera. If you would like to shoot for any longer then not a problem its your holiday so enjoy it.
Tuition
Never shot landscapes, Fashion, Portraits before? Nothing to worry about as full guidance and training will be given by one of our team to ensure that you leave with a fabulous portfolio and the skill sets for you to use in the future. At the same time if you are a skilled professional who would like to be left alone then this will also be accommodated.
Equipment
There is a selection of lights, soft boxes, umbrellas, reflectors, gels, smoke machine and barn doors for you to use at NO extra cost. There is also a limited number of triggers and receivers. However we are more than happy for you to bring and use your own equipment.
Temperatures
Cyprus has the warmest climate (and warmest winters) in the European Union it does get very hot in the summer high 30s and very pleasant in the winters last year on the 29 Nov it was 27 degrees but does cool down at night.
Flights & Flight Transfers
Flights are NOT included. This is the bad news however the good news is that budget airlines such as easyjet and Monarch fly to Cyprus regularly. I would recommend that you use www.skyscanner.net for the best options for flights. In the winter months booking in advance you very often have return flights for around £80 - £90 before any bags. In the summer months this tends to go up however Thomas Cook and Thompsons offer late deal flights to fill up their planes often for under £100 each way these come with baggage allowance. If you find that you would like to stay for a few extra days in our accommodation to accommodate best price flights then please let us know and I am sure we can arrange it at minimum cost to you.

Accompanying non-participants
We can accommodate partners and friends that would like to join on a non-participating basis. They will be more than welcome to join us on our excursions around the island.
How to Book
To confirm your place on the holiday you need to pay a £200 deposit with full payment made payable six weeks before your fly date. You can either pay by BACs transfer or by a PayPal invoice. Simply email [email protected] to start the booking process.
